We are waiting for approval from Google to be able to use the Google Business Profile API to connect your business reviews on Google Business Profile (formerly Google My Business), until then, you must use the Google Maps API.
For now, you must use a Google Maps API product key.
For paid accounts, you use our product key and there's nothing to worry about.
For free users, or users who wish to use their own keys, watch the video below and follow the instructions. Just note that as of 2020, Google Maps API allows for you to grab only the 5 latest reviews. The Google Business Profile API will allow you to grab all of your reviews.
